Mosaic - Caring for People with Disabilities

"In partnership with people who have disabilities, Mosaic provides supports and advocates that all may realize God's gift of wholeness of life." -- Mosaic Mission Statement

Mosaic in Phoenix, Arizona is "Opening Doors to Extraordinary Lives" in a growing, thriving community where new doors are literally being built and opened daily. Located in Maricopa County, the fastest-growing county in America, Mosaic in Phoenix  embraces the Mosaic guiding principle that "Every individual is a person of worth" while planning for future growth to keep up with the booming surge in population.
True to the nature of our name, Mosaic, the agency, is a diverse group of individuals coming together to create a unified whole. We are committed to providing quality care and support to individuals with development disabilities and their loved ones--always seeking to be one step beyond the norm of industry quality standards in order to truly see dreams come true for the people we support and assist.
Mosaic believes in acting on our mission statement by:
  • Maintaining certification through the Council on Quality Leadership
  • Ensuring new employees receive comprehensive training (over 40 hours of Core and Fundamental Support Training within 90 days of hire)
  • Taking a leadership role in new initiatives in the field of disability services in Arizona.
If you are interested in Mosaic's services, call us today--we would love to open a door for you, too!
